♦ Delivering complex IT projects while managing risk, road-mapping technology & directing strategy aimed at driving new IT initiatives. Evaluating the business processes and anticipated requirements, uncovered improvement areas, and implemented the developed solutions.
♦ Leading on-going reviews of project processes and developing optimization strategies.
♦ Managing both functional and technical requirements while deciding on technical solutions.
♦ Driving project tasks against the plan and executing corrective action as necessary.

♦ Responsible for handling and rendering support to 3 core Applications and all sales-related departments.
Microsoft Dynamic 365 implementation
♦ Implementing the MS Dynamics 365 Modules, Finance and Sales - Dynamic Mobile modules to van sales and key account customers. Analysis and Master Data Phase.
Sales Route Accounting System: MiRA (Minerets Route Accounting System)
♦ Entrusting with the overall accountability of project and application delivery Management. Enabling the Sales Route Accounting System.
♦ Integrating the management's requirements into the application process.
♦ Handling the end-to-end software applications aspects, including rendering front & backend support for end-users. Playing a significant role in planning, coordinating, testing, and communicating the changes and upgrades/maintenance schedules.
♦ Troubleshooting and resolving the problems by liaising with the users & vendors.
♦ Reviewing and confirming the process of new or modified applications/modules by conceptualizing and implementing the test plans. Obtaining the application controls by establishing the administrator and service level accounts.
♦ Maintaining a track record of system user guide documentation.
♦ Staying abreast with the relevant technologies and business processes.

Warehouse Management System:
♦ Design, Developed, Manage and Implementation of Warehouse management system.
♦ The designing and development using Microsoft Technologies (ASP.Net C#/SQL Server).
♦ Managing the addition of new features and user requests and delivering updates.
♦ Demonstrating project management expertise across various verticals, including project & application delivery management, implementation, and project lead.
♦ Managing the processing of Fresh and Frozen goods.
