As a Software Development Manager at Al Areen Holding Company, successfully led a cross-functional team in the development of a cutting-edge 2-way SMS short code service for Al-Ahsa Municipality. This application serves the crucial purpose of delivering status updates to users who have submitted applications to the municipality.
The system allows applicants to check the status of their applications by sending their unique application number and selecting the specific service they wish to inquire about, streamlining the follow-up process. This versatile platform caters to various application requests, including those related to electricity, sewerage lines, and handling complaints, significantly enhancing the user experience and municipal service efficiency.


COM (Common Object Model) Component

Requirement Analysis with Cross Functional Teams, Development, Test and Quality Assurance

I have developed a cutting-edge Biometric Finger Verification Interface specifically tailored for KASB Bank's operations in Pakistan, utilizing Nitgen-brand biometric devices. The system underwent rigorous testing and integration, with successful implementation within MDS ATM machines. Additionally, a user-friendly desktop application was developed to allow branch clients to securely enroll their fingerprints for ATM card verification. To improve system security and performance, this multifaceted project made use of third-party components, SDK and COM (Component Object Model) technologies. A advanced biometric verification solution that improves the whole banking experience and upholds the highest security standards is the end result.

As part of the 'a3mal information tech' project, I developed an effective desktop-based voting system for the Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce. This innovative system's seamless integration with the Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce HRMS made it possible to manage candidate information and the chamber president election process effectively.
The project involved creating a dynamic dashboard that showed the status of the voting process in real-time on the main hall screen, boosting transparency and participation during the election. The voting procedures in the Chamber are now far more effective and efficient thanks to this comprehensive solution.

Every complaint is effectively recorded and monitored thanks to the system's automated ticket production mechanism. It includes an approval level process as well, enabling organized checks and prompt issue resolution from the system.
This solution is a priceless asset for our client in Saudi Arabia because it not only improves user experience but also optimizes management and resolution of sewage-related complaints.
